Name the kind of evidence
A primary trial report, a registry, a later analysis and a product label are different records. Our articles identify what each source can establish and the limits of the version available. Where research relies on an abstract and registry, we do not imply that an inaccessible full paper was reviewed.
Preserve population and product scope
A result observed in a defined trial does not automatically apply to every person, preparation or advertised regimen sharing an ingredient name. We keep study context and product identity near the claim being discussed. Neither the word microdosing nor a lower-dose marketing description establishes a standardized treatment with demonstrated outcomes.
Separate a finding from an extrapolation
We distinguish what was measured from a broader interpretation. An observed biomarker or disease outcome does not by itself establish longer life in an unrestricted healthy population. Absence of a verified trial in the reviewed record is not proof that no effect could ever exist; it limits what can responsibly be claimed here.
